“Panti Lansia Santa Anna” / PSA (Santa Anna Elderly House / SAEH) is organized by the SCMM Congregation under the management of “Yayasan Santa Anna” / YSA (Santa Anna Foundation / SAF) to provide humanitarian assistance and loving services to fellow humans, namely the elderly, both male and female: Oma and Opa (Grandmothers and Grandfathers).

Until now, SAF manages SAEH which is located in 2 places in North Jakarta: in Teluk Gong (Elderly Home for Oma and Opa) and in Grisenda (Elderly Home only for Oma).

According to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and God’s will, in the future, the SCMM Sisters will always be open to continuously making efforts to improve and develop their loving service to the Elderly wherever needed.

Some time ago, SAF received a land grant of 3,216 m2 in Kemang Sub District, Bogor Regency, West of Java, Indonesia (about 1.5 hours by car from Jakarta). On this land, it is planned to build a Home for the Elderly which can accommodate around 100 elderly people, 30 Employees/Staff members, and 4 Sisters (SCMM Sisters) who work in the Elderly house. This home will be social in nature, meaning that the elderly (Oma and Opa) will always be welcomed and accepted even if they are unable to pay, or can only afford what is needed for their accommodation.

We want to knock on the hearts of Donors and Benefactors to extend HELPS for the planning of DEVELOPMENT OF THIS ELDERLY HOME.

Meanwhile, for daily routine needs at Santa Anna Teluk Gong & Grisenda Elderly Houses, Donors/Benefactors can donate as follows:

  1. Financial Assistance/Donors/Benefactors for the Elderly (Oma and Opa) who are unable/less able to pay for their accommodation.
  2. Freezer for Kitchen
  3. Monthly PAYMENT of Electricity, Water/PAM, and Telkom BILLS.
  4. 4 Units of AC (Air Conditioning) for Chapel, and 1 Unit AC for the Office.
  5. Tools & Sticks to Check Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, Uric Acid, Tensimeter, Scales.
  6. Maintenance & Building Renovation Assistance
  7. Daily Foods for eating, drinking, fruit, healthy snacks.
  8. Uniforms for the Elderly (Oma and Opa) and for the Employees: T-shirts, Batik, Vests, etc.
  9. PC/Computer for Receptionist.
  10. Projector & the Hanging Projector Screen 3 m x 2 m for Events & Activities.
  11. Equipment that is frequently damaged/frequently needs to be replaced:
    • Automatic Washing Machine, Kitchen Refrigerator, Dispenser
    • Tools for Cooking, Home Cleaning
    • 2 Burner Gas Stove
    • Sound System, Speakers, Microphone
  1. Fans for Oma’s-Opa’s Rooms, Dining Rooms, Sitting Rooms.
  2. Water Distiller for Drinking Water, Water Heater, Massage Chair.
  3. Strengthening the Internet Network in Teluk Gong SAEH; internet and cellphone signal is weak and often run ups and downs.
